Helena Prokhorenko is an Associate with Highland Europe focused on identifying, evaluating and executing growth stage technology investments. Prior to joining Highland, Helena spent two years in the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she worked on a range of transactions involving M&A, debt and equity-linked financing, and IPOs, with a focus on major pharma, biotech, and consumer health. She was part of the core deal team advising Boehringer Ingelheim on its asset swap with Sanofi. She previously interned at NeuroVigil, a neurodiagnostics startup in California, where she was involved with business development and strategy projects. Helena completed a four-year Biochemistry degree at the University of Oxford (MBiochem) and also holds a Masters in Management from London Business School (MSc).

Our investments generally range in size from €10M to €30M. Our capital enables management teams to accelerate growth and build a lasting, valuable business. The companies we seek to invest in are addressing large market opportunities in internet, mobile and software. They will also have significant scale, typically over €10 million in current annualized revenues and growing fast. Our investments will generally have a European angle but a Global ambition.
